Nordic Capital Communication, HR and Sustainability Summit: “A strong employer brand and reputation – how to get a positive momentum in your business”
The Nordic Capital Communication, HR and Sustainability annual summit was this year held at Norrsken Foundation, a Swedish non-profit organisation who work in partnership with Nordic Capital to support social entrepreneurs.
The Summit was well-attended by Communication, HR and Sustainability executives from Nordic Capital’s portfolio companies, who had gathered in Stockholm to network and taking part of expert views, cases and inspiration on how to drive successful transformation by focusing on people, communication and sustainability.
One of the key note speakers was the global thought leader Richard Mosely, author of the book Employer Brand Management who covered “The importance of employer branding”. How it is key to attracting the right talent today which is critical for business success and also the importance of a strong purpose and culture to build a strong employer brand.
To illustrate the theme of the day, case stories was also shared, including how to become an authentic employer, finding a strong purpose and sustainable brand. AniCura and Ellos shared inspirational learnings on how a strong culture, values and focus on employees can facilitate the transformation of a company under private equity ownership. Other topics were “The importance of caring about your brand reputation and how to act in critical situations”.
