Highlights & updates

• Joined forces with Vizor Software in June 2021 and changed its name to Regnology in October 2021.
• Since 2022, Regnology has continued to expand through acquisition, including b.fine, Invoke, BR-AG, CG3-1 Regtech, VERMEG’s RegTech division, FINGO, Heywood, Wolters Kluwer’s Finance, Risk and Regulatory Reporting business, Moody’s Regulatory Reporting and Asset and Liability Management Solutions, and FedReporter in the US.
• In 2023, Regnology was recognised for its sustainability efforts with a bronze rating from EcoVadis, the leading provider of business sustainability ratings.
• At the end of 2024, Regnology secured a significant minority investment from CPP Investments to drive further international growth and expansion. The investment was made alongside a new investment from Nordic Capital and was completed in 2025.
• In March 2026, Regnology launched the next generation of its Ascend platform with a new agentic AI layer, described by the Company as a landmark release bringing automation, transparency and intelligence to the core of the financial operating model.
