Joined in June 2026. Tom is Head of Client & Product Solutions, responsible for the day-to-day operation and management of client servicing and product solutions within Nordic Capital’s IR function. Tom joined from Park Square Capital, where he led Client Services, overseeing investor relations and client engagement. Prior to that, he worked at AlbaCore Capital Group, most recently as Director, with responsibility across investor relations and capital formation, and at Albourne Partners, focusing on investment due diligence for institutional clients. He holds a First Class degree in Mathematics, Operational Research, Statistics and Economics (MORSE) from the University of Warwick
