Joined in January 2026. Grant joined from Rokos Capital Management where he was a Partner and Head of People. Prior to that, Grant was Chief People Officer at Clifford Chance and spent 15 years at Goldman Sachs in various HR leadership covering Reward, Organisational Transformation and Talent Management based in London and New York, and as India Chief People Officer based in Bengaluru. Grant holds a BA in International Relations from Keele University.
