Nordic Capital sells shares in Munters

Cidron Maximus S.à.r.l. (“Cidron”, a company ultimately owned by Nordic Capital Fund VII1)) has received and accepted a bid for 26,999,607 shares) in Munters Group AB (“Munters”). Following the sale of shares, Cidron no longer owns shares in Munters.

1. “Nordic Capital Fund VII” refers to Nordic Capital VII Limited, acting in its capacity as General Partner of Nordic Capital VII Alpha, L.P. and Nordic Capital VII Beta, L.P., together with associated co-investment vehicles.
2. Part of the transaction involves a condition around competition clearance. Nordic Capital has confidence that this will be satisfied.
