FEBRUARY 20 2026
Nordic Capital[1] has sold its remaining shares in Cint Group AB (“Cint”), a global provider of software for digital insights gathering.
Nordic Capital invested in Cint in 2016. During the ownership period, the company continued to invest in and develop its technology platform and broaden its international presence, evolving from an early technology innovator into an established global software platform within digital insights. Cint was listed on Nasdaq Stockholm in 2021.
The divestment concludes Nordic Capital’s ownership in Cint and is in line with its strategy of gradually reducing its shareholding in portfolio companies following an IPO. Following completion of the transaction, Nordic Capital no longer holds any shares in Cint.
