Nordic Capital expands Communications, ESG and HR teams

Nordic Capital is committed to continuously developing and improving as a responsible investor. Accordingly, the Nordic Capital Funds' Swedish advisor, NC Advisory AB, has created two new roles to further expand its teams within Communications, Environment, Social and Governance Standards (ESG) and HR. Karin Lepasoon, former Executive Vice President at Skanska, joins as Director of Communications, ESG and HR and Emma Brandt joins as ESG Manager.

Karin joins from the international construction and project development company Skanska, where she held the position of Executive Vice President with global responsibility for Strategy, Communications, Investor Relations, Sustainability and IT. Before Skanska, Karin  worked mainly within Communications in several different industries, including healthcare, medical technology and the auto ID industry. Karin holds Masters degrees in Swedish and International law, and European Community law. Karin assumes her position on April 1, 2015.

Emma's most recent position was Global Business Controller - Sustainability, at global fashion retailer H&M, based in Hong Kong. Before that, Emma worked as a Consultant at Deloitte. Emma holds a Bachelors degree in Business Administration and Economics. Emma joined on January 2, 2015.
