The “Our People” directory reflects those working at Nordic Capital and its independent directors and is updated from time to time. It should not be relied on as evidence of a current employment or other contractual relationship with Nordic Capital. Nordic Capital refers to all or any of the Nordic Capital Products (or the vehicles which they are comprised of), the GPs/DPMs of the Nordic Capital Products, Nordic Capital Management SARL including any branches, Nordic Capital Limited, the Nordic Capital Advisors and/or their respective affiliated entities, as applicable. However, this does not imply from a legal, regulatory or tax perspective, nor should it be inferred, that any of the aforementioned entities are not separate and distinct entities, nor that there is any single Nordic Capital entity. Nordic Capital Advisors is a global group of non-discretionary sub-advisors providing advisory services exclusively to the GPs/DPMs of the Nordic Capital Products and which includes the Nordic Capital Investment Advisory, Evolution Advisory, Operations Advisory and Specialist Functions Advisory teams. The Nordic Capital Operations Advisory team provides operational advisory support in respect of current or prospective portfolio companies of the Nordic Capital Products, the compensation for which is economically borne by the Nordic Capital Products and their investors.
