R12 Kapital ("R12") acquires Aditro from Nordic Capital Fund V ("Nordic Capital"). Aditro is a Nordic leader in payroll, HR and finance solutions.
Aditro operates in Sweden, Finland, Denmark, Norway and Estonia and provides software solutions and services for operative and strategic HR, payroll administration and financial resource management. Aditro has 1,300 employees and serves over 12,000 private and public sector customers. In 2012, the company reported revenue of SEK 1,457 million (EUR 167 million).

The parties have agreed not to disclose details regarding the transaction.
The transaction is subject to customary conditions including competition clearance.
