Joined in March 2026. Thomas is part of the Nordic Capital Evolution advisory team, focusing on mid-market investments in the Healthcare sector. He joined from Partners Group, where he was a senior member of the healthcare private equity team in London. Prior to Partners Group, Thomas spent over a decade at Bain Capital as a private equity investor focused on European healthcare transactions and began his career as a management consultant at Bain & Company in Southeast Asia. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA (Hons) in Philosophy and Economics from University College London (UCL).
