Jane is an independent director based in Luxembourg.  She has spent 27 years in Luxembourg, the first 22 with KPMG Luxembourg where she was an audit partner within the private equity sector as well as sustainability services leader.  Jane was also Head of Sustainable Finance at Luxembourg Stock Exchange (LuxSE), prior to becoming a professional independent director.  Since leaving LuxSE, she has joined the boards of a variety of Luxembourg alternative funds and UCITS, and also lectures on sustainable finance at the University of Luxembourg.

Jane sits on the Board of Nordic Capital Cooperation Group SA.
