Henrik joined as General Counsel in May 2018 and was promoted to Partner in 2025 and Chief Operating Officer in 2026. Henrik is overall responsible for legal, tax, structuring, compliance, transaction team and CTO functions of Nordic Capital Advisors, as well as for overseeing alignment with Fund Operations in Luxembourg and Jersey, and for Nordic Capital’s Family Office. Since joining, he has built well-integrated and high-calibre mid- and back-office functions, and has been part of driving the transformation of operations. He sits on Nordic Capital Group Board, the investment review committees for Nordic Capital Flagship and Evolution funds, the Executive Committee and the Compensation Committee and chairs the Operating Committee. Previously, Henrik worked at Mannheimer Swartling, where he spent eleven years focusing on private equity and was a partner of the M&A group and Head of Transaction Structuring. Henrik holds an LL.M. from Uppsala University.
