Reference is made to the announcement on 2 May 2017 of the intention to list the shares of Saferoad Holding ASA ("Saferoad" or the "Company") on the Oslo Stock Exchange and the contemplated initial public offering (the "Offering"). Saferoad has resolved to launch the Offering and to apply for a listing of its shares on the Oslo Stock Exchange. Subject to approval of the listing application and successful completion of the Offering, the shares of Saferoad are expected to be admitted to listing and commence trading on the Oslo Stock Exchange on 24 May 2017 under the ticker "SAFE" (subject to any extension or shortening of the offer period).
