General Partner and Fund Administration
Each Fund is managed by a General Partner
("GP"), domiciled in Jersey. The GP and its Board of Directors is
responsible for all investment and divestment decisions made during
the life of the fund. Nordic Capital's investors
require that all decisions are taken by the board of the GP, who is
independent from the Investment Advisory
Professionals.
The GP makes and documents the investment decisions and approves
resource allocation and budgets. The GP also handles
all fund administration, such as fund accounting and
reporting, investor relations, risk management and
compliance. The GP is further supported by a network
of advisory companies with personnel across offices in Stockholm,
Copenhagen, Helsinki, Oslo, Frankfurt and London.
