Information regarding SiC Processing GmbH

The solar energy industry has
undergone a dramatic deterioration, which has had a very negative
impact on SiC Processing and its customer base.
As previously communicated SiC
Processing GmbH entered into debtor-in-possession proceedings under
self-administration in accordance with section 270b of the German
Insolvency Code (Insolvenzordnung) in December 2012.
Pursuant to a resolution at a
creditors' meeting on April 2, 2013 the self-administration ceased
and normal insolvency proceedings were initiated.
