FinnvedenBulten to be listed

The Board of FinnvedenBulten AB
("FinnvedenBulten", the "Company" or the "Group") and
Nordic Capital Fund V (the "Principal Owner") have applied for
listing of the Company's shares on NASDAQ OMX Stockholm
and have in connection there with decided to broaden the
shareholder base in the Company through a sale of shares (the
"Offering"). FinnvedenBulten develops and manufactures components
and advanced composite products in close cooperation with
international customers, primarily within the automotive
industry.
