    Nordic Capital-backed Lindorff to combine with Intrum Justitia, creating the industry’s leading provider of credit management services >

    Nordic Capital Fund VIII-owned Lindorff and Intrum Justitia have announced their intention to combine to create the industry's leading provider of credit management services ("CMS"). The combined entity is, through its scale and diversification, ideally positioned to capture the strong market growth in the CMS industry. The combination is expected to provide material benefits for all stakeholders and create significant shareholder value through annual cost synergies estimated at SEK 0.8bn (EUR 80mn) and significant further revenue synergies. Based on Intrum Justitia's closing share price at Nasdaq Stockholm as of November 11, 2016, the transaction values Lindorff at an enterprise value of SEK 40.5bn (EUR 4.1bn). Nordic Capital Fund VIII will become the largest indirect shareholder controlling approximately 45.5% of the shares in the combined entity.

    Nordic Capital has sold shares in Tokmanni Group Plc >

    Cidron Disco S.à r.l ("Cidron" , a company ultimately owned by Nordic Capital Fund VII1) , together with associated co-investment vehicles) has sold part of its shares in Tokmanni Group Plc ("Tokmanni" or the "Company") in an accelerated book-building process (the "Share Sale"). Cidron sold 9,000,000 shares in the Company, corresponding to approximately 15.29 percent of all shares and votes in Tokmanni. The sale price in the Share Sale was EUR 8.30 per share and the gross sales proceeds of the Share Sale amounted to EUR 74.7 million. After the Share Sale, Cidron owns 17,952,301 shares in the Company.

    ConvaTec successfully listed on the London Stock Exchange >

    Medical products and technologies group ConvaTec Group Plc ("ConvaTec") has today announced the successful listing of its shares on the London Stock Exchange. The company saw strong demand for its shares from a broad global investor base and the offering was substantially oversubscribed. The market capitalisation of ConvaTec based on the IPO price of 2.25 GBP per share is approximately GBP 4.4 billion. Nordic Capital Funds VI and VII will remain significant shareholders in the listed company.

    Nordic Capital Fund VIII acquires 8,298,306 additional shares in Nordnet >

    On 25 October 2016, the Öhman Group and Nordic Capital Fund VIII, through NNB Intressenter AB  ("NNB Intressenter"), announced a cash offer to the shareholders of Nordnet AB (publ) ("Nordnet") to acquire all shares in Nordnet (the "Offer").

    Nordic Capital has thereafter, through Cidron Danube Limited, a company domiciled on Jersey, acquired an additional 8,298,306 shares, equivalent to approx. 4.7 per cent of the shares in Nordnet, at a price equivalent to the Offer price (SEK 37 per share).
