Company description:
Aditro is the largest supplier of IT-driven business process outsourcing and IT solutions within financial management, document automation HR management and logistics in the Nordic region. Aditro operates in seven countries and in more than 30 different locations.

Aditro was formed in 2007 through the merger of Personec and Tradimus. Nordic Capital Fund V acquired 49 per cent of Personec, a former division of Tieto Enator, in 2004. Personec was focused on HR and financial management solutions as well as consulting and outsourcing services. The remaining stake was acquired in 2006. The same year, Tradimus, a leading Swedish company within business process outsourcing, was also acquired.

Since the formation of Aditro in 2007, the focus has been on completing the integration between the two companies and setting in place a new organization with three business areas: Aditro Financials, Aditro Human Resources and Aditro Logistics. Aditro has also established a production centre in Estonia.
