solutions and consultancy services for the Scandinavian market,
primarily Denmark. The core of product portfolio is ERP solutions
for selected industry verticals. EG offers standard MBS / SAP based
ERP solutions, development of special IT solutions as well as
management consultancy services. The company has a strong market
position with offices in Denmark, Norway and Sweden and has about
4,000 active customers.
Nordic Capital Fund VII acquired EG through a recommended public
tender offer that was presented in June 2008 and completed in
September 2008.
