Natasha joined Nordic Capital in August 2022.  She qualified as a lawyer in Scotland in 2017, and is now based in Jersey supporting the Deal Execution function and transaction management. Natasha previously worked in the Corporate departments of Carey Olsen and Maples Group, both leading offshore law firms, where she acted for a number of private equity clients on M&A transactions, as well as supporting various fund structuring workstreams. She holds an LLB (Hons) and PgDip from the University of Glasgow.
