Co-founded Nordic Capital in 1989. Mr. Andreen holds a M.Sc. from Chalmers University of Technology,
Gothenburg, and a Ph.D. in Industrial Management, including a period as research scholar at Stanford
University. After holding various positions at SKF, he became President of a regional venture capital
fund and thereafter headed the Mergers & Acquisitions Department at Svenska Handelsbanken.
