Joined in March 2008. Mr. Rygh holds an M.Sc. in Business Administration from the Norwegian School
of Economics and Business Administration. He has held various leading positions within industrial
and financial companies. Mr. Rygh has been Director of several listed and unlisted companies in a
number of different sectors. He has also been the Chairman of several companies as well as served
as advisor to a number of prominent international investment groups.
