Identification of value creation potential
Before making an investment, Nordic Capital will thoroughly evaluate the attractiveness and business dynamics of the industry in which a target company operates, with particular emphasis on the competitive position of the company and its future potential for operational improvements. This gives Nordic Capital a clear view of the potential of the target company; in particular its growth and development opportunities which may include possible add-on acquisitions.
