Joined in January 2008 and held the position of Compliance Officer until September 2011. Emma was elected an Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators during 2009 having completed her exams in 2008 for which she gained an award for being the highest achieving student globally. She assisted the management of the operations team at Gartmore Fund Managers International Limited between 1994 and 2005. Between 2005 and 2007, she was a Client Relationship Manager at the Aztec Group where she concentrated on a select number of private equity clients.
