Joined in May 2011. Lutz holds a Diploma in Business Administration ("Diplom-Kaufmann") from HHL - Leipzig Graduate School of Management. From 2008 to 2011, he worked at Lazard's Mergers & Acquisitions practice in Frankfurt.
